Located on Lochmere Place, just off Chilesburg Road in the Richmond Road corridor, The Enclave is a new product for Ball Homes, a builder that specializes in everything from starter homes to a buyer’s customized dream home. Upscale homes are currently being built in The Enclave, a community surrounded by an abundance of mature trees and green space.
The lot sizes are also larger in this neighborhood, with a design unique to Fayette County. Approximately sixty percent of the total acreage set aside in the subdivision is reserved as green space and common areas. Pedestrian walks have been constructed as a natural alternative to concrete sidewalks at the street. The green space, common areas and unenclosed lawns will all be maintained by the Home Owners Association as well, so homeowners’ yards will look perfectly manicured without the stress of having to do it themselves.
The homes there are mostly brick and range from 2,000 to 3,500-s.f., which include more standard amenities than what you’d typically find in other Ball Homes neighborhoods, such as upgraded flooring and trim packages. Prices range from the $250’s to the lower $300’s and there are basement options available on the ranch, first floor master two-story homes and traditional two-story homes being built there.
The Enclave has already been extremely popular, with a number of homes there currently under construction and under contract, but there are still some gorgeous lots there available.
