Because of deaths and ill health, the two remaining ladies in the development corporation have decided to sell, hopefully to a new developer. The land is very brushy and would be difficult to traverse. The only entrance is at the very end of Orchard Way. The land has been surveyed and pinned but we have yet to find a plat. The deed does give a very accurate description. Hopefully a drawing will be available soon. The PVA does have a fairly accurate depiction of the boundaries.
