She spent 2 hours and left us after promising a whole day. Never followed up. We found Crystal on a new page and called her. She was so patient and kind. She showed us many houses and was so patient. Diane helped my wife and I purchase our first home, she was professional, smart, and most importantly honest. We were incredibly impressed by how responsive she was whenever any news came up or we had questions, she works extremely hard and backs it up with experience and knowledge. Brandon is an absolutely wonderful Realtor. This is the fourth home I have purchased and the first for my husband. Brandon is the only Realtor I would use again. From start to finish he made us feel comfortable with the process, was always readily available, only showed us houses that fit our criteria and budget, and truly listened to what we liked and didn’t like about each house. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market in Lexington and Nicholasville and guided us so well through the entire process! While exploring each house he always seemed to know when my husband and I needed space to talk or when Brandon needed to be nearby to answer questions. I can’t say enough about how great he made our home buying experience and how often he went above and beyond to accommodate our availability and our home buying wish list.
